The location is too noisy at night for a good sleep!!! A bit more attention to the details in the room decor would make a huge difference as well!!!

The outdoor garden area was perfect for unwinding.

We faced an issue with bedbugs in our room, unsettling. Although the staff addressed it quickly, it dampened our stay. The noise from the street was relentless.

Delicious and nice breakfast with good choice of meals. Brand-new and well-equipped rooms with exceptional views! Location close to the center of historical part of Istanbul and the old town.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Eminonu and Sultanahmet, the main tourist attractions, and bus station. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Basilica Cistern. The room was well-equipped, nice location. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of food!

great place to visit for a trip to istanbul. excellant base for 3 nights in istanbul, absolutely great hotel. amazing food including a delicious breakfast with coffee and tea. amazing building, good and unbeatable location right by the center of historical part of istanbul, and galata tower and galata bridge. also, in the old town.

Really good hospitality from the staff, who even accommodated us early. The rooftop provides a amazing panoramic view!

Rooms, whilevery comfy and tidy, might differ from what Western travelers expect in terms of size and amenities.

I really enjoyed the cozy double room with a lovely view of the Bosphorus and the 24/7 tea and coffee station was a nice touch! Plus, the outdoor garden area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the sound a bit from the street, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

The pathetic noise at night was unbearable, I mean, what is a hotel for? I expected a complimentary welcome gift, but I guess they reserve that for special guests, just like how my shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Seriously, it could've been way better. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

A cozy single room provided a comfortable stay, complemented by daily complimentary drinks at the reception. The breakfast was satisfying with homemade biscuits. Room size might not meet the expectations of Western travelers, and some minor noise from the street was noticeable at times. Despite this, the amazing cleanliness and the extreme kindness of the staff were great.

It's a bit outside the main area, but just a short bus ride away. The breakfast buffet was great, especially all the pastries and the free coffee available all day. The rooftop is perfect for a quiet coffee break with lovely views.
